I never received my order. Postal tracking says it was delivered, but it wasn't delivered to my address. I informed the company, asked for follow up on the package, if they would send a replacement order at their cost or refund my purchase - in other words, make it right. I've received no response. At this point, I may need to tell other folks who were interested that this is a scam.
Better package so the hat doesn’t get bent and out of shape.

This product I received well 2 of them are nothing like the one you advertise like you said they were hand stitched embroidered and made to look worn. We'll mines are more like a heavy duty transfer the details are not the same as you're advertisement plus the back clasp is plastic. You're one is a buckle clasp paid nearly £40 for 2 Street Shop fakes therefore I'd like a refund Regards John Paul
To begin with manufacture proper model, and the print whats up with that its goes up on top of the hat, for this money. I was sure it was supposed to be embroidered but its thin hard to read print. No thanks, waited way to long and in the end got screwed.
Very comfortable cap, very well made and couldn't be happier with it.

Waited a month. Finally recieved it in a white plastic bag with a stamp. Very unimpressed to say the least. This was a caved in wrinkled cheap hat with a indwelling stencil. Nothing like advertised. Bloody darn pissed. Cheap Chinese junk
Finally got my cap today looks very similar to the picture thought the cap would be made entirely of the same material delivery took a fair amount of time
On your advert you stated all hand stitched but turns out not hand stitched but iron on sticker on a cheap nylon hat

Well, it came crushed. Disappointed in the quality. So I gave it away. The advertising was great. The packaging looked fantastic in the advertisement. But when it arrived, extremely disappointing. Would not recommend so I keep it to myself.
