The package was damaged the camera doesn’t work properly it doesn’t keep the charge as advertised it’s total rip off. Very disappointed
I eventually got the dashcam after a couple of months waiting for it and followed the instructions. I then put the memory card into it and it was quite tricky as it kept springing back up and not quite catching in the slot, eventually it went in and disappeared into the slot and I can’t retrieve it! It has totally slipped into the dashcam and I cannot get it back out and the dashcam doesn’t recognise any memory card. I would rather just have payed the £200 to buy a replacement Nextbase 522GW as I’m going to have to replace it again now anyway.
I still haven't received my order if you can't get a courier to deliver just give me my money back

I still have not received the camera , and the app to find out where to track the item does not let me enter to use it , I have cameras on my house and they show no deliveries for this item If you could let me know if it was delivered somewhere else I would appreciate it Regards mark holmes
Can not get them to work
First of all send the product that you advertised at an amazing price . The product supposed to have come with a memory card it didn’t, you advertised a wireless product, it isn’t. I have ended up with cheap rubbish, definitely not what I thought i was ordering. If it’s too good to be then it isn’t a great saying which has been proved .

It has been 16 days since I placed the order and it is still not here. 2 days ago I sent you an email asking when my order will arrive and you have not bothered to respond instead you sent an email asking for review. If I do not hear back from you I will take issue to Paypal.

A readable instruction booklet would be helpful.

I've just said...the intruction's papel is unreadble, I've tought could use the cam wireless, and, at least, I've understood that the cam was with the Memory card just inside... Isn't enough??? What kind of pic could send I about it?????

The connection doesn’t fit in my car.
You advertise as wireless but it has to be plugged in. Item was purchased with free SD card but no card came with dashcam. The dashcam showed a suction type fitting but the one that came is a stick on one. Did email you straight away asking about how I return item for refund. Feel that item was mis sold. Reason I purchased was wireless and free SD card. What you sent has neither. M Parry
I was expecting a unit that doesn't require any cables. A unit that can be pre charged and then fixed onto the rear view mirror. The cable interferes with the view. A Rubbish product
I would love to tell you it's wonderful, but I haven't even received it yet. I ordered on June 23rd so it's just about a month and no dashcam.
