Brilliant small dach cam
This is not as appetized packages with Dan damaged took too long to get the package and I'm not pleased with it at all
It arrived in such a state, I could not believe it was not broken. There was no protective packaging or fragile labeling, whatsoever and it was obvious the package had either been stood or sat on. I put the camera on the windscreen and it lasted 6 days before it fell off. The small sticky pad is in no way sticky enough, or big enough, to hold the camera to the screen. Also, once it's on, that's it, you can't change your mind. Extremely disappointed!
You advertised the thing as all I need. No it’s not. Does not have the card needed. Either send me the card or I send this back and I expect a full refund. It’s also not wireless and there are loads of wires to rout through my car. Bloody nightmare not to mention the cost of paying someone to install it. Wow. Cost a fortune for my Rolls Royce to install it.
The video that you show when promoting this camera states that it is hands-free and a hard cable is not required to power it. In the instructions on the camera it states that it must be hardwired permanently while being used . false advertising the camera is so small it is a 1 cm screen for the two side cameras. Absolute piece of junk.
Packaging was really bad. when I opened the package it seemed like someone has been in it. there was only the main 3 way camera and wires to charge it. I ordered the four way camera with SD card but did not receive both rear camera and SD card.

the dash cam you sent me is not as advertised it is supposed to be chargeable ie not to need a power lead to be used all the time and only needing to be charged every few weeks This dash cam requires a power lead to be installed at all times to work. And is not suitable for my requirements and I want a full refund and details where to return the dash cam

The device looks and operates well. My understanding was that it didnt need a cable to power. That it was wireless and had a battery. That was not the case.
The advertisement shows big screen on the camera? When it arrives it is such little screen? I could not believe how miniature screen is , I am so unhappy 😔! It is misleading advertisement? When I ordered this Dashcam, it was meant to no wires, it was meant to have no wires in the car a part from sticking the Dashcam to the window after charging it. Not pleased & the box was broken & the Dashcam hanging out & can’t find details to send it back as I’m disappointed in this Dashcam as it’s rubbish!!

The camera is quite simple, but the instructions provided are awfully poor: I do not understand how to make it work. In the box there is no microSD (you have to buy one on your own) and no one told me that in advance
It's a heck of a lot smaller than than shown in the sales video. In fact its miniscule. Most importantly the installation leaflet needs to be improved both in size and English text. It does not show the installation in enough detail. The key screen shots are unreadable. Please make larger.
You claim it’s a dashcam with a built-in battery, but there is no battery—it runs on the car's power. That’s false advertising. Never buy from that company; they’re ripping you off.

I previously ordered the "Full View Car Dashcam System, 1080P Dash Cam: Crystal Night Vision – Upgraded Version (Four sides)" with a pre-installed 64GB SD card from your website, as advertised.
I paid a total of €56.85 for the upgraded version, comprising: €44.95 for the upgraded version itself, €2.95 for shipping protection, and €8.95 for shipping.
When I unpacked the parcel, the box was badly damaged, and the accessories did not match what I had ordered! I had paid for the upgraded version, but I received it without a rear-view camera or an SD card.
Please resolve this issue, as the accessories I received are of inferior quality to those I paid for!
