One of them turned up damaged and broke wasnβt packed right they where loose in a envelope should of been in a box

The packaging they came in was not good. They are small items and they were just loose in the bubble wrap envelope. I do not think for the price paid that they are value for money.
Disappointed with quality for price. Do not fit any of my earrings. Twelve days for delivery is unacceptable. Tossed in envelope with no tissue or wrap. Asked for refund process. Four days later an impossible To decipher international address shared. Terrible customer service. Find a better shipping service. I would never recommend ordering anything from company.
