The items that I ordered came today. Although it took quite a bit of time, I was waiting for it because I use a lot of the garlic, and I was hoping that your product will help me along. Unfortunately, the product is made from very thin plastic and as a result, one of them had cracks. I took pictures so that you can observe where the cracks are. I am not sure if I’m able to use that piece at all. The only thing I can suggest is making them out of really sturdy plastic.
The package, as you can see was poor and offered no protection to the unit, which arrived in bits!!

It requires to be boxed with adequate protection.
I was so excited to receive your product, but what I got was complete disappointment. I received your merchandise in smashed pieces and in bewilderment as to how a fragile product like this could be shipped so carelessly. Really disappointed and saddened by the transaction.

I find it difficult to believe, still, but this works well. So simple!! Next I'm going to try it with ginger root. If it doesn't work no big deal, but even though it's fibrous I expect it will be fine.
You basically have to cut it up small enough for it to mash it up and you can only put a small amount in. If you put a whole clove in, it doesn't turn and if you put more than one in at a time, it also doesn't work.
Waste of money.
